Spring 2025

Welcome to the 2025 Spring Chesterton Lacrosse season!

All players must have a current USA Lacrosse membership to complete registration. Please visit https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership for more information.

All new players are required to purchase a player pack for $50. The player pack includes a shooting shirt and pinnie. Chesterton Lacrosse supplies helmets and uniforms and must be returned at the end of each season. Failure to return either a helmet and/or uniforms will result in the player being responsible for replacement costs.

Refund Policy:

Pre-season Refunds: Chesterton Lacrosse may offer a full refund, if a student withdraws from the program before March 15, 2025.
Refund Due to Injury: If a student is unable to continue due to a verified injury or medical condition, Chesterton Lacrosse may offer a partial refund. The player must provide medical documentation or a doctor's note. All refund requests will be reviewed by the Chesterton Lacrosse Board on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Costs: Player Packs are non-refundable.
End of Season: Refunds will not be issued after the season ends, as most expenses (e.g., referee fees, equipment fees, etc.) are paid upfront and cannot be adjusted retroactively.
Non-Participation: If a student is removed from the team for disciplinary reasons or fails to meet eligibility requirements (e.g., grades), a refund will not be provided.
Family Emergency or Relocation: Players may be eligible for a partial refund if a student has to leave the team due to an emergency or relocation. All refund requests will be reviewed by the Chesterton Lacrosse Board on a case-by-case basis.

Appeals:

Families may appeal the refund decision by submitting a written request to the athletic director, outlining the reason for the request. All appeals must be submitted within 14 days of withdrawal from the program. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Chesterton Lacrosse Board.

Financial Hardship:

If a student faces a financial hardship that impacts participation, families may submit a request for financial assistance. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued due to canceled practices or games due to weather conditions, unplayable fields, unsafe travel conditions, referee availability, or any other condition outside the control of Chesterton Lacrosse.
